Thanks fren! What do you think of my BUSTY Act provisions so far:
1. Big taxes on breast and butt reductions (and trannies) -- including any case of breast/butt removal where there's no post-op reconstruction (so women who get breast cancer have to get implants after having the cancer removed)
2. Medium taxes on plastic surgery in general, unless it's to treat micromastia/micropygia or another health condition
3. HSA/FSA coverage for breast implants and BBLs
4. Expansion of rural health programs to include rural plastic surgeons, including forgivable student loans for plastic surgeons who work in rural areas and grants to expand training
5. Research program for NIH to develop bigger, better, and safer fake boobs and butts
6. Workplace protections for women with big boobs and butts (and guys with big cocks to be fair, I worded it pretty broadly) making macromastia and steatopygia protected under the Civil Rights Act and ADA
7. Improved support for pregnant women, including support for post-maternity implant revisions, since maternity makes women thicker (I need to get more detailed in this area.)
