i can't see how having your mood ruined by entertainment is healthy at all
normal maybe? but having fun and being happy is objectively healthier than not having fun and getting upset
it's not about stigma or not getting invested, it's about having a healthy relationship with entertainment, a leisure activity
if i'm gonna get upset at something it'll be over something that actually matters and where expressing said feelings can make a difference
