In the past year I've lost 20-25lbs just eating healthier and going to the gym like once a week (plateaued a bit for the winter due to getting lazy). Not even eating less, just healthier. Instead of a pile of snacks I'll eat a big bowl of seasoned broccoli or a cup of cottage cheese with chives, I grill/bake meat instead of anything fried, jello instead of ice cream, shit like that. I still eat shitloads of food, just not processed junk food.
