I built in the lobby between the Home Worlds portal and the walkway to Labs/Containment.
I didn't know that walkway would be there, just a happy coincidence.
It's perfect though: next to the fountain for water, next to the tram, next to the Security door opening, next to the Home Worlds, next to Labs.
