Why is this game so stingy about giving you standard orders? I never had this issue with the first game.

Say what you want, while Kojima is clearly blowing money on stupid celebrity cameos and other bullshit... his games are coming out on time and a fraction of what these other 400 million dollar disasters cost.

I legitimately think that people like Miyazaki and Kojima should just write guidebooks and make suggestions to AAA Western devs on how to re-organize and manage big projects because they clearly seem to have lost the plot.
