That's only Absolute because they are THE elite Elysion squad and because Eunhwa happens to be a very competent commander. Only because of those things they are fully independent and never go with a commander (except SKK.) All others need a commander and even Matis needs SKK to be effective since Maxwell can only tardwrangle so much.
