How does that work? Do characters who aren't hidden ALSO have hidden anecdotes? As in, they don't show up in the map?
Man this is kinda fucked up. At least it's a long event so eventually someone will make a guide about it, and I HOPE that because of how the system works, once you've triggered all the normal ones, the hidden ones should be forced to spawn instead of it being RNG.
