Yeah internal conflict confirmed in yesterday’s interview. The Producer made him rewrite the story 4~5 times and he “quit” due to that. He was listed to have been working in Blue Archive since June, in the Summer Promise event. No further details than him becoming the artist in charge of S.Ichika so it’s unknown if he is also writing.
Fact is, after the Project KV mess, Blue Archive was desperate for artists and writers. And Chaos Zero Nightmare just gave them one in a silver platter.
