Under Clinton, Obama, and Biden the economies were stabilized by using drastic measures as a reaction to insane enrichment scheme economics put into place by Reagan/Bush, Bush, and Trump.

At the start of Reagan's term the USA was the largest exporter of Finished Goods in the world and the biggest Importer of Raw Materials.
At the end of Reagan we were the biggest Importer of Finished Goods and we suddenly started to have a focus on exporting our raw materials instead of just using it internally.
I think this is what "conservatives" call globalism.
Trade Deficits widened dramatically under Reagan/Bush by putting policies into place which fucked everyone by deregulation, tax cuts, etc.
