You're right I was unaware.
>Momentum: increases the next attack's stability dmg dealt.
>Skill1 is an AoE melee punch that makes Voltage tiles and an extra move.
>Skill2 zaps an enemy, grants meter, and if the enemy is broken also grants Momentum.
>Skill3 is a better version of skill2 that also grants Positive Charge to all allies and cleanses debuffs but has a high CD.
>Passive consumes 6 meter to reduce skill3 CD, also lets Negative/Positive Charge stack to give more bonuses (NCharge reduces dmg dealt and increases Electric dmg taken, PCharge ignores Def and increases healing received), also also grants Support Fire.
>Keys give her Ambush fire back, give Momentum at start of battle, makes allies with PCharge apply Defense Down before hits, passively applies PCharge to an ally each turn, insta-cleanses hard CC on self, and reduces Stability dmg taken by all allies.
>Common Key increases dmg dealt to broken enemies. Mod Key zaps enemies that enter stability break, and causes allies with stacked PCharge to gain Crit/CritDmg against enemies with stacked NCharge.
So she's primarily a dmg buffer that fucks up stability pretty well. Andoris is a better healer and can apply NCharge so she'll still be necessary, Belka has a more solid role as an NCharge stacker, and Leva will benefit a lot from the general power increase. Unfortunately Lenna and Mosin-Nagant are still tied to Paralyze and will continue to struggle until their kit allows them to benefit from ANY Electric debuff being on their targets.
I can see her becoming Core for Electric teams, though we'll need to see what her dupes do before we conclude what her viability is.
