Azur Promilia taking the loli crowd is pretty smart because Blue Archive basically has a monopoly on cunny with no one else wanting to appeal to lolicons so if they manage to successfully appeal to them then they'll have an audience of players that literally can't go anywhere else because there's nowhere else to go.
