Okay, apparently some Japanese manga fans on Xwitter weren't pleased with the changes -particularly with Kerokichi getting shafted in this part of the story plus some Yaiba X Sayaka scenes getting shafted as well.

Personally, as long as the basic plot beats are followed, they wouldn't really be an issue.
