Make the first 500k (or whatever number is reasonable) a person earns in their life taxfree.
Remove womens rights, Iran is not an example of that.
Remove pensions/legally backed up welfare, forcing people to rely on community/family
Make fathers have legal authority over their wife and offspring.
Have optional Hitler youth type programs be a requirement if you want the right to vote in the future, where they're trained and propagandized into caring about thr nation and blood/reproduction.
Make contraceptives/homosexuality illegal, seperating the sexual act from reproduction kills a culture.
While we're at it just make promiscuity illegal as well.
