Nope, Tokyo Clanpool, Prison Princess 2 and Merry Bunny Garden say otherwise. Nintendo is in all aspects on par with or worse than Sony nowadays, which makes one wonder why so many of the few games left seem to all be skipping Playstation when at least they have the courtesy to not lock you out of the global market after censoring you.

The literal OP pic is a game that didn't release outside of Japan on Switch and yet still got censored. You also didn't even read the pic in the post you're replying to, which refers to a game that required censorship just for an Asian release.
