I definitely noticed Garter really doesn't do much this season. He has his role in the season premiere leading the WASSHOI shit, Mutant Garterbelts (the weakest episode of the season so far) and sucking up to the Backshot Boys in this week's episode. Besides that it's like what you said, "bark "PANTY STOCKING DEMON SISTERS GO KILL GHOSTS, NOW!" I almost wonder if they're genuinely afraid of doing any pedo jokes with him, like at least with the S&K incest shit they'll leave implications, like them sleeping in the same bed in Bitch Girls 4 Life, or Stocking referring to them as Scissor Sisters in Bitch Perfect (although that might just be a dub only thing.) Now, he rarely does much outside of exposition and giving orders. It's a shame Garterfags got done dirty, but him sucking up to Rod and Todd this week makes me wonder if they'll do more with him once Ramiel shows up, and he's forced to choose between sucking up to Ramie, or siding with the bitches he's been housing for so long.
