There's not much secret for fearless mode.

Stage 1: Mavuika or any other pyro DPS (with cons). Bring either Citlali, Ganyu or Rosaria for the minions.
Stage 2: Overload or burning (good if you have Kinich and/or Emilie).
Stage 3: Skirk/Escoffier.
