there was also a tricky example capital raise recently, like the company didnt need the cash but the wording and reasoning was just bad, just talking about valuation and how they were undervalued.. let me see if i can find it lol
i think it's good to learn from actual examples, the stock market is just an endless cycle, evident with Peter Lynch's lecture in 1994 still being relevant in 2025
