I just like her personality and design better here in this show.
Nothing wrong with the old version, it's classic for a reason, but I do like how the show being less "mature" and "serious" allows for her character to have more fun quirks and tics in this version. Watching her go between cranky carnivore nerd to villainous psycho woman is fantastic.
Also, again, I adore how Pam looks in this show.
