The slow ult stack generation must be intentional at this point. They expect you to pull E2 Cyrene or bust. This is so grim.

Please don't tell me the "Cyrene skin" will just be a stupid small head accessory. It'd actually make sense the skin is being released alongside her first banner and probably got made in a hurry, but that'd feel so shitty and worthless to buy...
