The colors / textures look a little washed out, but it's fine, the "bad" PS2 DoA2 is the original japanese release, but I've never played it.

You really can't go wrong with any version of DoA2 on DC (DoA2: LE is the best one though), or the later PS2 revs. DoA2:U on Xbox is good too, but IIRC it's DoA2 running on the DoA3 engine.
