Take Busamen Gachi fighter from this summer. Absolute pure slop. Power levels, game system codified isekai, MC is ugly but a good guy, shepherding a party of chuuni retards in a comically unfair world. By all slop metrics it was slated for failure, but it was actually really fun and produced arguably one of the best girls from this year, a psycho bitch (picrel) who is the MC's perfect foil.
