Forces context aside, what do you think of Tails' relationship with Classic Sonic?

Finally found the fourth Red Star Ring in Forces Chemical Plant. There was a whole hidden path for it. Also got the Number Rings and the Silver Moon Rings, those were easy

Now the only Red Star Ring I'm missing is the last one in Park Avenue
