You're factually wrong though. According to the user data, Inazuma during Raiden's banner was the peak of Genshin and the game never reached such heights ever again. The game slowly declined during Sumeru, and then it had a SHARP decline of active users during Fontaine.
Saying Natlan ruined the game doesn't make sense. Natlan was an attempt to salvage the game after the massive flop that were Fontaine and late Sumeru. And unfortunately that attempt was unsuccessful.
