I dont feel like thats a change that needs to happen. ADC being "bad" isnt because ADC players dont have fingers and cant orb walk. its because the game has fundamentally changed into a inhospitable environment for them through a myriad of innocuous design direction pivots.

this game is what...15 years old now? like yeah. anyone still playing knows how to kite. the baseline skill level is much higher and the playerbase as a whole has optimized everything.
