I've definitely finished my warband, at this point I am just adding fluff like additional models with weapons I may or may not put to use so what you see is what you get (I'm addicted + they look cool so fuck it)
Also finally getting around to getting some mercs, partly to paint since they're neat but also so I can put some into play and use the correct models.

I got a guy at my LGS to print everything I want, since he's interested in more people getting into the game he does it for real cheap (generally a cool guy too)

I see no issue beyond time constraint with doing battles with way more units. At this point I have like 25-30 models, I could easily do a 1500-2000~ ducat game.
