Rider is better than Sentai. The actors are cooler, the suit designs are more interesting, and the women are hotter in Rider.

Outside of a few rare seasons seasons (like Gokaiger), Sentai seems like it's always filled with C list actors. Both in looks and acting ability. Remember all those Goseiger memes about their looks?
