The bodies of 1,000 fallen Ukrainians have been returned to Ukraine, including Defenders from the Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Luhansk, and Kursk directions.
The Coordination Headquarters reported that among them were five Ukrainian servicemen who died in captivity. They had been listed as "severely wounded and critically ill" prisoners eligible for exchange under the agreements reached in Istanbul during the second round of negotiations.
