To competitive and casual players alike: when, if ever, do you think Fortnite will embrace switching between right and left-side perspectives/peeks? I'm aware that, particularly within the comp scene, an emphasis on only having right-side peeks has been established. Yet, even though I started in Ch 1, I cannot help but find this restriction to be archaic and clunky. I get it; universal right side peeks are more easily telegraphed and perhaps faster to exchange during duels. However, wouldn't it provide a wholly new way to challenge people in duels? Without being penalized for taking a left-hand side, no less? It'd raise the skill ceiling for high tier players, and reduce risk for casuals since they wouldn't get buttfucked for taking previously 'bad' left-side peeks.
Well, it's just on my mind. It's such a simple mechanic, it boggles my mind it isn't available when even older titles incorporate it seamlessly.
