Mihoyo released Honkai and ZZZ to oversaturate the gacha market all by themselves so that every time a new competitor comes out, people go "ugh ANOTHER gacha game?? we have so many already" and that way prevent any future game from challenging Genshin and forcing them to improve. It was rigged from the start.
