no, Sandrones puppet and shogunbot are two different things entirely. Ei's puppet is more intrecate and stronger because it's made by a god and yae told her how to make one after finding out adepti secrets.
Sandrone is closer to a clockwork mecha/automaton. But still some sort of "bionical puppet" since katheryne is refered that way and I believe Sandrone is similar in composition.
