Sylveon's my favorite shiny (and pokémon). Followed by Umbreon, Eevee and Glaceon. The others look fine, not amazing, but still interesting in their own right.
The only shiny I despise is Leafeon's, I can barely tell them apart. Flareon's also looks worse in the newer games, probably due to the shitty lighting.

I know some people don't like it, but I'm quite fond of Glaceon's shiny colors. I think it has a nicer contrast.
