I'm not sure how high your standards are or what you mean by "getting by" and "working", but...
Lack of Sunday cone is a bit troublesome namely for Archer reasons, but I think DanTE will give him a decent boost for the Archer team. Last slot could go to someone like Tingyun or Hanya (no Cipher or SW unfortunately, those are also very good with Archer). No Sparkle but maybe they'll give her for free for 4.0 to commemorate her SP. Maybe.
Acheron team might struggle in AS but some fights like Cocolia now are good for her, otherwise that lineup looks decently strong still for her (should at least find a clear in endgame)
Firefly's getting a rerun and a new support in Constance. I believe her E1 is very strong ("mandatory" even), so if you want more of that you could keep an eye out for how she's going to perform once that beta cycle comes around.
I think E1S0 Tribbie or E0S0(S1) Cipher would be good as flexible support options, but I'm unsure who's rerunning and when. I wouldn't bother with the Rememberance stuff at this point seeing that you don't have hundreds of pulls stocked up.
Outside of this, you're probably better off waiting and seeing how 4.X looks once the leaks begin and potentially finding a new DPS there to build around to help you find that third team for Anomaly Arbitration

None of them are bad tbdesu, it all depends on your roster.
Personally I picked the nihility one because it's like a Pearls you can get guaranteed.
I definitely wouldn't get Abundance because they already have a lot of good cones.
Harmony has a lot of good cones already too but the effect is unique enough that it could be great in the future, you can get it if you want to play future rail.
The DPS cones are all fine but you probably shouldn't get them without a specific character in mind. Erudition has the least priority because the other BP cone is usually better.
Preservation cone is a really good support cone compared to other options but who are you gonna use it on.
