All the free ones have very aggressive filters. Probably the most aggressive I've seen is plan old Chat GPT. It basically hard blocks anything with water or people in and around water.

But breaking those filters is part of the fun. I finally got the titties out... kinda. I had to frame it in the context of nursing a kid or pumping milk for a kid.
