Nah its not.
Not with the size of edh decks anyway.
Genuinely have no idea how that happened with so many turns in a row with only lands, given that not only was the deck not brand new out of the box (it had been played before), but I'd shuffled it multiple times. Both by taking 2 halves and mashing together, and by cutting into 4s and mixing/matching the 4 piles into each other multiple times.
Playing yesterday when I was locked for having basically no mana I mulliganed twice because I only had 2 mana in my hand each time and I've been advised to shoot for around 3. 3rd hand still only had 2 so I kept it. Probably should have just kept doing it.
