Gachas get away with a lot more than what retail storefronts will allow now. If you tried to put half of what Brown Dust 2 does in a modern console game, Sony and Nintendo at minimum would pitch a fit (even Stellar Blade couldn't get away unscathed) and possibly even Valve. And this is discounting lolis or petite girls, which practically auto-nuke your game (ask Tokyo Clanpool) and which even gachashit tends to avoid.
