I do it with all my bones. I'm surely not going to willingly throw away bones that have more protein & nutrition than the meat that's on it. I do when I get a killer sale price on T-Bones or other beef cuts with bone in it. Tho, I haven't tried it with pork ribs or ham bones yet, since I don't know what to put in it (I don't eat pork soup, I only bacon & ham)

Chicken bones don't have polyunsaturated fats, if you clean them well. But you get more flavor by leaving the trace remnants on it. So it's minimal PUFA's
So they're super healthy & yummy!
