Elmer and Bugs duke it out while parodying various operas by Richard Wagner.

C'mon. What ELSE could the top spot be? Everyone highlights this one, and it's not overrated at all. Almost everything animation represents and stands for can be found in these seven minutes of phenomenal animation, gorgeous music, gut-busting humor, theatrical presentation, and pure musical art. Again, I went in thinking "it can't be THAT good as everyone says," but believe me, it is. Matter of fact, in case you haven't:
