I looked up the cutscene on Youtube since I was curious. The blond serious one is named Mythra. The red/brown haired girl is named Kora. Kora doesn't want to stay at the inn (where they are dancing) because it will drain her "girl power."
When asked what that means, she basically says it's her driving force and what gives her awesomeness in battle. (This is the full extent of her explanation.) Mythra says all inns are the same and she's exaggerating things. Kora retorts that Mythra has been being a wallflower lately.
This results in back and forth catty comments between the two with the Shonen twink player-insert character getting swept up in the argument (It's extremely """Japanese Humor""".)
The two decide to have a competition to see who has more "girl power" and the loser has to "do a little dance for everyone."
The two have the competition (a painfully long series of text conversations with other characters asking questions about themselves), which ends with them showing mutual respect for each other's girl power.
The rest of the team then chastises them for making a big deal of everything, they both apologize and agree to concede the fight. This means there are two losers, no winners. So they are both forced to do a dance in front of everyone.
This is the cutscene if you want to suffer.
