At this point I'd just ban anyone under 18 entirely from the internet at this point. The biggest threat to children online aren't even groomers, I'd argue the bigger threat are companies essentially harvesting, stealing and cataloguing your kids online habits and personal information over the course of their entire lives so they can be either effective consumer cattle or straight up having that info sold or taken by extremely suspicious third parties.
