White places that have spiced food:
- southern Italy (literally spicy in some Arab-influenced dishes)
- Louisiana, if you don't attribute their innovations to Blacks, Hispanics, and indigenous Americans
- the Caucasus
- Hungary
- Romania
- every Muslim country if you use the US Census definition of white (kek)

Latin American places that have bland food:
- Argentina
- Bolivia
- Brazil, arguably
- Chile
- Colombia, arguably
- Cuba, notoriously
- any country colonized by England, like Belize or Guyana (Jamaica is the only exception, their food is notoriously spicy)

Asian places that have bad food (assume a standard where "great" cuisines like Indian, Chinese, and Thai are hailed)
- Mongolia
- the 5 post soviet "stan" countries, debatably
- Bhutan
- the Philippines if you don't like salt or flavor
- the entire Arab peninsula, potentially controversially
- Siberia (even the European part of Russia doesn't know how to dine)
- Taiwan, literally just stuff stolen from Fujian and Japan
- Israel, perhaps controversially (guess why), though "haha Jews are white and white people can't eat spice" wouldn't actually apply here since again, Arabia has the same problems

African countries that have any cuisine to speak of:
- all of north Africa, though some say the stereotype only applies to sub-Saharan Africans (and that north Africans aren't white)
- all of west Africa (literally where the US picked up its slaves)
- Ethiopia
- maybe Mozambique
