Almost 30, hikikomori NEET here. I can only stand playing for an hour or so before needing a break. When I was a kid I used to have 4+ hours uninterrupted sessions. Now I comstantly need to check the phone because the old lady gets super mad if I don't reply immediately (thinks I'm jerking off), I need to check the generals on 4chan, prepare meals and coffee... I can no longer play games without quicksaving feature. I can't imagine how much harder gaming would be if I had a job.
