They had it already with the meteor people and Rio-Blast. They just had to pick it up and say the origin story for NA is different now. The Mutants hunt the Metoer People, they flee and crash land on Eternia. Rio Blast is their protector and follow them. The Mitants search for them and find them on Eternia. Rio-Blast is a Galactic Guardian and contacts them. Now He-Man and the Galactic Guardians join together. The Mutants face such a hard counter from He-Man that they seek Skeletor to join forces!
