She made Bokura no Seiza (OUR constellation) when the others decided to graduate. It is her declaration that rather than being loyal to the company or to any one individual, she is loyal to her fans and what hololive means to her, which is the camaraderie she's experienced and the connections she's made within it. It is her declaration that that belief and those connections will never fade even if other members may decide to leave.

She says that it is too lonely doing things by yourself and it wasn't until hololive that she was able to make so many friends and realize her dream. It's not hololive, the company, that she is loyal to, but the idea and spirit of hololive - the other members and the community that has been born from it.
She says that she will always cherish those that left and that more than anything else, she never wants them to stop loving something that they can believe in and work towards, the way they all worked together to create hololive.
