And using AI for minis... That's a recipe to shitty minis with flimsy bits that don't print well. Learn modelling. Learn the limitations of 3D printing.

You also sound like a newb. Finish your first draft of the rules. Playtest it to shit (you should take at least three times more time to playtest it than to write it). Get shredded by your playtesters. Handle your tears and rage and go back to the manuscript. Do the process all over again. Do it at least half a dozen times and you'll probably have a half decent game.
