Most of the weddings I've been to were in my 20's, went to two in my 30's, with the last one being 6 years ago.
I wake up at 0445.
Had my "awakening" about 5 years ago, around the time my then GF got her PhD and moved 1,000 miles away for her job. I didn't go with. Couldn't get a date because dating apps destroyed the dating market. I was miserable working my life away as nothing but an economic unit, in a commie block suicide box. Lots of alcohol, weed, vidya, sperging out.... I had to make a change.
About a year ago, I moved in with my Grandma out in the woods, kicked the alcohol, weed, and vidya. Got back into working out, journaling, studying, gardening. Basically "Monk mode". I'm a ghost now, but at least I'm at peace.
Just carved a few pumpkins and helping Gram put up some Fall decorations.
