Excuse me for replying to you so much, but I also happen to be a 2hu fan.
I loved imperishable night the most, followed by mountain of faith. IM has unironically the best lore of the games and consequently, the best story based doujinshi. Reisen is my absolute beloved touhou and I really enjoyed playing as her in LOLK too. Though, it's a bit mean to include both Yukari and Chen in your favourites and exclude Ran, they're a family.
