So what I see metafags talking about with Oguri is they'er going to breed her up from D end closer to the max B end closer, which is the highest you can take her. The proficiencies for running style only affect wit, so a B end closer will take a wit hit, but not a hit to any other stats.

At a B end closer you're taking a -15% wit, which isnt the end of the world but honestly seems like a lot of work. They say you only really need 300ish wit in general so as long as you have a little extra you'll be fine. At end closer D though that's -40% and you really dont want to be a witlet of that magnitude. You COULD spend time getting endcloser sparks and breeding some grandparents/parents to bring her up to B...OR you could just run her as a pace chaser which wont be as strong but still pretty strong and definitely way easier to build for, food for thought
