H2 buffer + super 42 is my go-to combo for minimizing recoil and removing sproing. PSA is generally shit for QC unless you disassemble and reassemble the rifle yourself. Watch the gas rings on your BCG, those will go fast, and the barrels are usually overgassed nitride doodoo. That being said if you are fine with the barrel and its length, thats up to you. 10" barrels get annoying to shoot without a suppressor, and even with a suppressor they are still sorta annoying, thus my suggestion to pick up a 14.5 later on so make shooting more tolerable for you in the long run, assuming you dont just buy a new upper entirely. Just shoot your gun tho

Mueller forge marked dogbone upper receiver will always be my favorite. See if anyone is dumping dogbone contract overrun receivers rn, they are always a good buy if you can ignore the voices telling you to completely assemble an upper
