They're just mentally confused. The only reason the faction war even exists in the first place is because AI didn't exist in 2004 and so Alliance would be fighting flat, stale NPCs. So they let players play as the evil faction (Horde) so that PvP and gameplay would be more engaging and vibrant, since a human opponent is naturally more dynamic and strategic than a shitty 2004 NPC. But PvP was going to be unbalanced due to the class distribution, so they also had to give evil class options (Shaman, Death Knight, Warlock, Demon Hunter) to the Alliance side to balance the PvP.

After doing that for years, some Horde players have actually gotten lured into these weird edgy psychosis where they think there's a moral shades of gray to both factions, when the Horde has always been the evil faction from the start. So now they complain and act like they're misunderstood and mistreated.

Luckily, now that we have advanced AI, Blizzard can finally do away with the outdated faction war, dissolve the Horde entirely and delete the evil classes from the Alliance, and let AI replace PvP.
