I absolutely love talking about this topic as it shows that Jesus obeying his father unto death (despite having eternal life by upholding the law perfectly) was a massive loving collaboration between both of them to truly save us.

Jesus didn’t HAVE to do. He CHOSE to die knowing what the father had planned.

Since then, his sinless LIVING blood has been on the ark for the past 2000 years covering all the sins of those who believed in him come judgement day.

Jesus’ blood on the Ark of GOD’s testimony is the restrainer. It’s restraining the wrath of God from personally applying to all of us for our sins. His blood instantly forgiving our sins is what put the door stopped in the door to heaven and left it wide open. By cleansing us pure via his sinless blood on the ark he has essentially made us sinless.

This is why Muslims who believe Mohammed have damned themselves because In the Quran he tells them that Jesus did not die, but instead lied to those around him and an apostle took his place on the cross. The demon that met with Muhammed in the cave made sure he put that because it would cause Muslims to deny the most loving act Jesus did as well as the act that established the new covenant. One where we have someone to intercede for us or “restrain” our sins from reaching the father and being punished.

Once that blood is removed, old testement wrath will return and if you’ve read your Bible wrath is equated with the fire of God. So Jesus has been holding back the flames until the fire BLAZES towards all the truly wicked during the tribulation. The ones who took the mark and denied God in every way.
